Through a grant from IL Tobacco-Free Communities, the Henderson County Health Department will offer a smoking cessation program to adults in Henderson and Warren Counties.

Freedom from Smoking
Staff from the Health department are offering one-on-one counseling for those who are ready and willing to take the first step to a healthier lifestyle. With a release from a physician you will be given a 6 week supply of nicotine patches (2 weeks at a time) to get you started.
